Regional Legal Manager

Role & responsibilities
- Verify title deeds, chain documents, and ownership.
- Scrutinize approvals, NOCs, tax receipts, and encumbrance certificates.
- Review sanctioned plans, RERA and statutory compliances.
- Identify risks, highlight discrepancies, and advise business/credit teams.
- Coordinate with external advocates, valuers, and internal stakeholders
Preferred candidate profile
- LL.B. with 8-10 years experience in property due diligence/title verification (preferably NBFC/Bank).
- Strong knowledge of real estate, RERA, and registration laws.
- Good analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Team management and able to guide a team of 5 people.
- Must be a LLB graduate from a reputed university like Delhi University, IP university, NLU etc
- Home location should be at Delhi or Noida
- Have sound understanding of mortgage industry, due diligence, stamp act, transfer of property act etc.
- salary is not a constraint for the right candidate and this position shall report to senior leadership hence require extreme professional and presentation skills.
- Preferred candidate shall be who had served current organization for 2 or more years.
