How will you make an impact in this role?

• Responsible for managing TLS Backoffice processes supporting the Business & Suppliers
• Implement Revenue Management processes in line with Strategic partnership team's strategy to optimize and maximize yield across products, channels and markets
• Lead a team of 20 – 25 Analysts
• Help manage internal project timelines and deliverables across cross-functional stakeholders 
• Optimize staffing to ensure maximum productivity
• Responsible for day-to-day functioning / administrative work/reporting and MIS.
• Initiate process improvements by identifying service delivery gaps, offer solutions and successfully implement ideas to enhance American Express products and services.
• Responsible for Compliance of all Processes & Policies.
• Strengthen the Team by providing effective Leadership, Performance Management and timely Coaching & Feedback.
• Conduct the PMP process effectively & in a timely manner.
• Maintain good working relationships with counterparts / stakeholders in different regions. 
• Decision making in critical day to day situations
• Support the training team during the transition/OJT period as a subject matter expert.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated history of leadership, managing teams and projects
• Minimum 2 years of People Leadership experience – desirable
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Understanding of travel world, rate parity and transaction Lifecyle will be an added advantage
•  Understanding and experience of net fares and revenue management will be an added advantage
• Sound ability and knowledge to manage Backoffice operations standards including control framework with the mindset of a continuous improver
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinker, ability to develop framework for delivery to guide and support business strategy
• Strong understanding of popular reporting tools in marketplace
• Strong command of Excel and numeric skills for data crunching and interpretation
• Proven ability in people handling/management, ability to motivate a team, assess readiness levels and the ability to apply appropriate coaching to improve the performance of the team.
• Proven ability to provide specific behavioral and performance feedback
• Should not be on any form of counseling or action plan
