Job Title: Team Lead - Operations Manager

As a key member of our organization, you will oversee a team of professionals in managing daily operations and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a direct and indirect team of 25-50 professionals to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and drive business growth.
  • Ensure timely reporting and data analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Mentor and train new hires to meet company standards and expectations.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team skills and motivation.
Requirements:
  • Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in BPO operations with a focus on team leadership and management.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
