Role & responsibilities
- Calendar and Schedule Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and prioritize tasks to optimize the executive's time.
- Communication Coordination: Handle calls, emails, and correspondence, responding to requests and serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel Logistics: Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and visas.
- Document Preparation: Create and edit documents, presentations, and reports using software like Microsoft Office Suite.
- Information Management: Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic documents, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects, initiatives, and events, working with other departments as needed.
- Expense Management: Prepare and reconcile expense reports for the executive.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
- Event Coordination: Organize corporate events, both internal and off-site.

- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Competence in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
