Project Support & CoordinationAssist in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans Monitor project progress and track key milestones Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports Support project meetings and client communications Technical & Engineering SupportReview engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents Assist in quality control inspections and testing Monitor compliance with building codes and safety regulations Support design reviews and change order processes Coordinate with engineering consultants and technical teams Administrative & Financial ManagementTrack project expenses and maintain budget controls Process invoices and payment requests Maintain project files and documentation systems Prepare progress reports and dashboards Support contract administration and procurement processes Required Qualifications Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 2-4 years of experience in construction or engineering projects Understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methods Knowledge of project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) Technical SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software Understanding of construction contracts and specifications Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and building codes Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Career Progression This role typically leads to advancement opportunities as:Project Manager Senior Project Manager Program Manager Construction Manager Location: On-site Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours: 48 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all of the requirements.
