Job Description :

About the Project:

We are working on an innovative automotive technology project in collaboration with leading car brands like BMW and Bentley.

The project focuses on developing smart in-car systems that can detect toddler activity and behavior inside vehicles — an advanced safety feature in next-generation cars.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager Assistant, you will support the project team in smooth coordination and execution of testing sessions involving toddlers and parents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Project Manager in day-to-day operations and documentation.
  • Coordinating toddler testing sessions and managing schedules.
  • Handling toddlers during short demo sessions (1–2 minutes inside the car).
  • Ensuring toddlers are comfortable, safe, and calm during the process.
  • Maintaining reports, feedback, and activity records.
  • Communicating with parents, staff, and technical teams effectively.
  • Overseeing basic administrative and logistic support related to the project.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream (Freshers can apply).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle toddlers patiently and responsibly.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
  • Organized, proactive, and reliable personality.
