Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization.

Duties

  1. Dispatches & Deliveries Oversee timely and accurate dispatch of goods. Ensure safe delivery of products to customers.

  2. Manpower Handling (Loading, Unloading, Installation) Supervise loading and unloading operations. Allocate manpower for installation activities. Ensure safety and efficiency in handling materials.

  3. Coordination with Management & Factory (G M, Factory Manager) Act as a point of contact between management and factory operations. Provide regular updates on dispatches, deliveries, and related activities.

  4. Quotations / Enquiries (Freight & Installation) Prepare and share freight and installation quotations. Handle enquiries related to transportation and installation services.

  5. Cargos, Shipments & Transport Manage cargo and shipment schedules. Coordinate with transporters for timely movement of goods.

  6. Technician Setup for Delivery & Installation Arrange technicians for product delivery and installation. Monitor installation quality and customer satisfaction.

  7. Mail Handling Manage incoming and outgoing mail related to dispatch and service. Ensure timely response and proper record-keeping.

  8. Vendor Bills Verification & Coordination Verify vendor invoices related to freight, transport, and services. Coordinate with vendors for timely bill settlements.

  9. Service Coordination (Warranty & Non-Warranty) Handle service requests under warranty and non-warranty. Coordinate with the service team for timely issue resolution.

10.Coordination with Sales Analyst (Open Service Cases) Follow up on open service cases. Provide updates and ensure closure in coordination.
