Position: Event Coordinator/Event Organizer

Location: Chennai | Full-time | On-site

Experience: 1–3 years

What You'll Do

  • Plan & execute events, workshops, and institutional visits
  • Coordinate with venues, vendors, partners & stakeholders
  • Manage logistics, registrations, and on-ground operations
  • Support event promotion via social media & outreach
  • Prepare event reports, feedback, and performance insights

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in event management/coordination
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented professional
  • Degree in Event Management / Marketing / Business / Hospitality preferred
