Account Director
to lead client relationships, creative strategy, and campaign execution across some of the most exciting brands in the country.

This isn't just an account management role — it's a leadership seat for someone who
lives and breathes modern content
, understands platform-native narratives, and knows how to translate brand ambition into work that sticks.

What You'll Own:

  • End-to-end client relationships across multiple categories
  • Strategic thinking across brand briefs, campaign rollouts & always-on content
  • Collaborating with creative + production teams to build 360° campaigns
  • Writing proposals, owning decks, leading presentations & upselling ideas
  • Building long-term partnerships and converting projects into retainer-led growth
  • Managing budgets, timelines, delivery and internal accountability

You'll Thrive If You:

  • Have 5–8 years of experience in account management, preferably in a content-forward or creative agency
  • Can confidently lead a client room and a brainstorm with equal energy
  • Understand platform-specific storytelling (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Have worked on
    DVCs, branded content, influencer integrations, and IPs
  • Are proactive, solutions-first, and unafraid of the occasional chaos
  • Have a strong POV on the evolving content economy and what brands should be doing to stay relevant
