Role & responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across the West region to drive visibility and business growth.
  • Partner with regional sales and branch teams to conceptualise and implement localised activations (BTL, On-ground events, sponsorship).
  • Ensure effective execution of product campaigns (FD, Savings Accounts, Gold Loan, Credit Cards, etc.) tailored to regional audiences.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives and track campaign ROI at the zonal and branch level.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships for timely and cost-effective execution of marketing activities.
  • Build local partnerships and alliances to enhance customer engagement and strengthen brand presence.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the central marketing team.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all regional marketing collateral's and campaigns.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives by localising content and campaigns for better regional resonance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Products, Branch Banking, Business teams) for smooth execution of marketing plans

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong understanding of regional consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in BTL marketing, events, and activation's.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions.
  • Vendor and agency management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities (regional language knowledge will be an advantage).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Team player with leadership qualities and adaptability
