Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and strategic Brand Manager to develop and execute branding initiatives that strengthen our market presence and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, conducting driving campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build a strong and lasting brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute brand strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals.  Maintain and enhance the company's brand image across all channels (digital, print, social, offline).  Conduct market research to understand customer behaviour, competitors, and market trends.  Collaborate with the marketing, sales, product, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.  Manage the creation of promotional content, creatives, and brand messaging.  Monitor and report on the effectiveness of branding campaigns (ROI, engagement, reach). Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, or media partners as required.  Ensure all customer touchpoints are aligned with the brand's tone and identity.  Support product launches, events, and other brand-building initiatives.

Key Skills & Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.  2–4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or advertising.  Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and consumer psychology.  Excellent communication and presentation skills.  Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.  Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.  Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
