
Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities: Female candidates only
- Make outbound/inbound calls to customers and handle queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
- Per day 200 calls
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and MIS.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- 12th Pass/Graduate.
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English, regional language preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email).
- Prior tele-calling/back office experience preferred.
Salary
Experience- 3 years & above
Age limit- above 30 years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹7, ₹10,729.51 per month
