Position Title:

Deputy Manager - Manufacturing /Industrial Engineering

Work Location:

Ahmednagar

Educational Qualification & Exp:

Diploma/B.E/B.Tech (Production Engg / Mechanical Engg) with 2 - 6 yrs of experience.

Key Deliverables:

  1. Identify and implement the cost saving projects, plan, execute and implement.
  2. New product validation & launching as per schedule with design team.
  3. Deploy operationally safe and robust processes including process automation projects to deliver consistent and efficient results
  4. Provide efficient and timely support to resolve technical issues reported to maintain production line.
  5. Prepare, maintain as required the engineering documents, BOM, work instructions, SOPs,
    PFMEA
    that enables identification of various improvement projects
  6. Capacity planning - Tools, identifying scope for RTY/FTY improvements and improve yields.

Functional Competencies:

  1. Technically sound on process like welding, line layouts, analytical skills
  2. SAP - Engineering BOM, Masters and routings
  3. Knowhow of statistical tools and its application
  4. Project planning, tracking and execution
  5. Hands on experience of PFMEA, Six Sigma
  6. Competencies of manufacturing process
