Job Description:

This position will be for Ahmednagar factory for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.)

Designation: Deputy Manager - Maintenance (Ahmednagar)

Experience: 5 to 6 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintenance function, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for all equipment
• Hierarchical management involving standardized processes to ensure safety, quality, service availability, and cost
• Strong contributor to continuous improvement
• People management and budgetary accountability
• Hands-on experience with TPM and breakdown analysis with action plans
