Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to join our team at Global Edujoyence Solutions, a trusted overseas education consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students and parents, explaining study abroad opportunities, and converting leads into counseling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
  • Explain study abroad programs, universities, and admission processes.
  • Maintain and update the student database (CRM).
  • Follow up with leads to ensure conversions.
  • Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams for smooth operations.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills (English and Tamil preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM or Excel.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, counseling, or customer service is an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary: Based on experience + Attractive incentives.
