Job Title: Sales Executive / Front Line Sales (FLS) Plots & Villa Plots

Location: Chennai & Coimbatore

Job Summary:

Drive sales of residential and villa plots by generating leads, conducting site visits, engaging clients, and closing deals in premium and upcoming locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads through fieldwork, calls, and digital platforms.
  • Understand buyer needs and explain project details (approvals, amenities, construction guidelines).
  • Conduct site visits and assist clients with plot and villa options.
  • Negotiate pricing and coordinate sales documentation.
  • Provide post-sale support and build client relationships.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Graduate
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of legalities in land and villa plot sales.
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM.
