The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling students and parents about our training programs, and converting leads into enrollments. The role requires excellent communication, follow-up, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and institutions to promote Robotics, IoT, and AI training programs.
  • Handle inbound queries, explain course details, and guide them through the admission or registration process.
  • Maintain lead records, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into confirmed admissions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams for campaigns, events, and workshops.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and fees.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
  • Prepare daily call reports and update CRM or lead management system.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (preferably with experience in telecalling or counseling).
  • 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, student counseling, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools).

Pay: ₹11, ₹49,156.21 per month
