Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell Solido Tires.

* Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to generate customer interest.

* Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about the product.

* Maintain a record of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

* Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.

Requirements:**

* Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role.

* Strong communication and persuasive skills in [English/Tamil/Hindi – as applicable].

* Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated in a sales-driven environment.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

* High school diploma or graduation preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
