We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter specializing in Non-IT Hiring to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruiting for Store Managers and Beauty Industry Staff. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process that aligns with our company values and requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for non-IT positions, with a focus on roles such as Store Managers, Sales Associates, Beauty Advisors, and Make-up Artists.
• Develop and maintain a network of qualified candidates specifically in the retail and beauty sectors.
• Handle the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and final selection.
• Work closely with store managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and set hiring priorities.
Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum Experience of 2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, with a focus on retail and beauty industry hiring.
• Strong understanding of recruiting for positions like Store Managers, Beauty Advisors, and Sales Roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple positions simultaneously
