Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Nagpur for the role of Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to the assigned executive. Key responsibilities include managing schedules and calendars, performing clerical tasks, coordinating meetings, and communicating on behalf of the executive. The role requires attention to detail, efficient multitasking, and effective communication skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in scheduling, Diary Management, and appointment coordination
- Excellent Clerical Skills, including record-keeping and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Proficient with office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
