Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, bank account management, and data handling. A responsible and organized individual who can manage routine accounting tasks efficiently will be the right fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
  • Handle bank accounts, deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations
  • Maintain financial records, vouchers, and supporting documents
  • Assist in preparing reports, statements, and basic MIS
  • Manage data entry, documentation, and file organization
  • Support the senior accountant in routine tasks as required

Required Skills:

  • Strong core accounting knowledge
  • Proficiency in Tally
  • Ability to manage bank transactions and reconciliations independently
  • Good data handling and documentation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
