Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Nagpur. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and preparing financial statements. The role involves reconciling accounts, monitoring budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Accountant will assist in financial planning, audit preparations, and maintaining accurate records in line with company policies.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 Years experience with a salary ranging from 20-40k as per merit and suitability
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and preparing financial statements
  • Experience in account reconciliation, budgeting, and invoice processing
  • Strong knowledge of taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting standards
  • Skills in financial planning and audit preparation
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage
