Job Summary:

We are seeking a Store Assistant who will be responsible for managing dispatch operations, inventory records, and maintaining MIS reports, along with performing Tally entries. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting and at least 2 years of relevant experience in store or accounts management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of goods.
  • Maintain and update inventory records, track stock levels, and assist in stock reconciliation.
  • Prepare and update MIS reports.
  • Enter and update financial and inventory transactions in Tally Prime.
  • Coordinate with the accounts and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
  • Assist n material receipt, verification, and documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and dispatch documents.
  • Support monthly and annual stock audits.
  • Handle other store-related administrative tasks as required.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Business Administration (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in store management, dispatch, or accounting.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel (knowledge of MIS sheet preparation is a must).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
