Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Professional to join our Growth & Demand Generation team. This role combines
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
expertise with
end-to-end campaign management
across LinkedIn, Google, and other paid channels.
You will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns that engage the right accounts, generate qualified pipeline, and support overall revenue growth — with a
strong focus on the US/North America market
.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute ABM programs targeting strategic accounts – from account selection to personalized campaign orchestration.
 - Manage end-to-end paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels – from setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, to performance optimization.
 - Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and nurture flows tailored to target accounts.
 - Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to maximize ROI.
 - Own campaign reporting – track KPIs such as CTR, CPL, pipeline influenced, and revenue attribution.
 - Stay updated on latest MarTech, AdTech, and ABM trends to continuously improve strategies.
 
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, with hands-on expertise in ABM and performance marketing.
 - Proven experience running campaigns for domestic or international market
– understanding of audience behavior, messaging nuances, and channel dynamics. - Strong command over LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads platforms.
 - Proven track record of running campaigns that deliver measurable results (leads, MQLs, pipeline influence).
 - Analytical mindset with proficiency in using campaign dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools.
 - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
 - Exposure to MarTech tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, 6sense, etc.) is a plus.
