Role Description

The Pre-Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of pre-sales executives while driving lead qualification, customer engagement, and demo scheduling. This role focuses on optimizing the sales funnel, improving conversion rates, and working closely with the business development and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide a team of pre-sales associates to meet daily and monthly targets
  • Conduct product pitch calls and interact with prospective customers (primarily US/UK)
  • Qualify inbound & outbound leads and schedule product demos
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback
  • Create and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion improvement
  • Collaborate with growth, marketing, and sales teams for seamless execution
  • Maintain reports, CRM hygiene, and performance tracking metrics
  • Ensure high-quality customer interactions and strong communication standard.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Lead Qualification
  • Prior experience handling US/UK clients is highly preferred
  • Excellent spoken & written English communication
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM, and lead conversion
  • Experience in EdTech / SaaS / BPO / Voice Process is a plus
  • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Must have own laptop and be available for US shift
  • Immediate joiners
