Home Loan Relationship Manager

A Home Loan Relationship Manager (RM) sources, manages, and nurtures customer relationships, focusing on selling home loans by understanding client financial needs, generating leads (referrals, field sales), explaining products, ensuring smooth documentation with internal teams, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent service to build a strong loan portfolio. Key duties involve prospecting, client advisory, process coordination (credit/ops), and ensuring compliance while staying updated on market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Lead Generation: Develop new business through field activities, networking, referrals, builders, DSAs, and market research; achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, act as a single point of contact, and provide tailored financial solutions for home loans.
- Product Expertise: Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements clearly.
- Loan Processing: Collect/verify documents, coordinate with credit, operations, and disbursement teams for smooth loan disbursal.
- Portfolio Management: Ensure high-quality sourcing, maintain data integrity in CRM, and manage existing relationships for cross-selling.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Key Skills & Profile:
- Experience: 6 MONTHS years in Home Loans, field sales, or banking/NBFCs.
- Education: Any graduate degree.
- Strengths: Strong communication, negotiation, customer focus, problem-solving, networking, and tech-savviness.
