Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram for a Senior Risk Manager. The Senior Risk Manager will evaluate credit, fraud, policy, regulatory, financial, operational, and strategic risks associated with the company's operations. Responsibilities include designing and implementing risk management frameworks and policies, monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, preparing detailed risk assessment reports, and providing strategic recommendations to strengthen risk controls. The role also involves collaborating with teams across departments to ensure best practices in risk assessment and mitigation.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Mortgage Lending Experience of 2-5 years in Credit, FCU or policy
  • Strong expertise in Affordable/Low ticket Mortgage loan credit, legal, technical and policy aspects
  • Moderate to Pro expertise in analytical tools like Excel, PPT and Power BI etc
  • Strong expertise in Risk Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Regulatory Compliance
  • Proficiency in Financial Risk Management and Operational Risk Management
  • Analytical skills, Strategic Thinking, and Problem-Solving capabilities
  • Experience in drafting and implementing Risk Management Policies
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, along with stakeholder management abilities
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and their practical application
  • Relevant professional certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager) or PRM (Professional Risk Manager) are a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field
