Touring Tours – an adventure tourism and experiential travel company – is looking for a dynamic Office Administrator to manage our Ahmedabad office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination
  • Handle client calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
  • Maintain office records, payments, and booking schedules
  • Support sales and operations team with tour documentation and logistics
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of office administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Background in the travel/tourism industry preferred
