Touring Tours – an adventure tourism and experiential travel company – is looking for a dynamic Office Administrator to manage our Ahmedabad office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination
- Handle client calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Maintain office records, payments, and booking schedules
- Support sales and operations team with tour documentation and logistics
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and partners
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of office administration experience
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Background in the travel/tourism industry preferred
