We are looking for a proactive and reliable **Office Coordinator (Admin)** to manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks. The role involves handling both **indoor and outdoor responsibilities**, ensuring smooth coordination and support across departments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage general office administration, documentation, and filing.
- Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers.
- Handle bank-related work, government office visits, and other outdoor tasks.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and cleanliness.
- Assist management with scheduling, communication, and follow-ups.
- Support daily operational activities and ensure timely task completion.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in **office coordination or administration**.
- Must be **comfortable with outdoor work** (bank/vendor visits).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Honest, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
