**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate day-to-day office operations and activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor performance to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, appointments, and meeting logistics for senior management.
- Support financial processes, including budgeting, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping functions.
- Maintain and update databases and records related to personnel, finance, inventory, and other key business functions.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies, initiate procurement, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports, presentations, and proposals as required.
- Provide assistance and administrative support to team members across departments as needed. Oversee record-keeping systems, including filing, data management, and tracking of project deliverables and deadlines

**Attributes**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field is preferred.
