About Us:
We are an Australia-based company with an office in Science City, Ahmedabad. We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Office Administrator who can efficiently manage day-to-day office operations as well as handle purchase-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle procurement and purchase-related activities, including vendor coordination and order management.
- Maintain records, invoices, and office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate with different departments and support business operations.
- Prepare reports and maintain data in Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure effective communication within the office and with external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

- Strong command of English (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in office administration and purchasing is preferred.
- A proactive and organized approach to work.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
