**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Tele Calling:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce IT security services.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and requests to maintain business relationships.
- Schedule meetings or follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions in the CRM system.
2. Back Office Administration:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and managing client databases.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage client requirements and service requests.
- Manage and track inventory, billing, and invoices for clients.
3. Client Communication:
- Address customer queries and provide basic information regarding IT security solutions.
- Assist clients with any post-sales inquiries or requests.
4. Support Operations:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining records of company documents, files, and processes.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the company.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT security services (preferred).
- Administrative Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in managing databases or CRMs.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
- Customer Service Orientation: Ability to handle customer inquiries with a professional and customer-focused approach.
How to Apply:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
