**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement**: Source and purchase office supplies, equipment, and services while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- **Office Facilities Management**: Oversee office maintenance activities, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the office environment remains clean, safe, and conducive to work.
- **Front Desk Support**: Attend and manage incoming calls at the front desk, provide assistance to visitors, and redirect inquiries to relevant departments.
- **Outside Errands**: Step out of the office when necessary to handle urgent tasks or collect/drop off materials/documents.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office needs and negotiate service terms where required.
- **General Administrative Support**: Provide support to other departments as needed with administrative and clerical tasks.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
