**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart their career in a professional office setting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
- **Front Desk Reception**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **Data Entry**:
- Accurately input and update information into databases or spreadsheets.
- Ensure data integrity and completeness.
- **Office Supplies and Equipment**:
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Report any equipment issues and coordinate maintenance.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external events.
- **Communication**:
- Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts.
- Assist in drafting routine correspondence.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- **Computer Skills**: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organization**: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset and willingness to support the team.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹23,909.56 per month
