
Office Operations Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain office files, documents, and assist in printing/scanning work
- Support in creating, updating, and managing records (physical or digital)
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock movement documentation
- Assist in preparing and managing invoices, delivery notes, or dispatch records
- Communicate with vendors or clients for routine follow-ups
- Help in basic inventory checks and assist with inward/outward documentation
- Ensure cleanliness and smooth functioning of office premises
- Follow internal procedures and maintain data confidentiality
**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Minimum Qualification**: 10th Pass (12th Preferred)
- **Experience**: Fresher or up to 1 year in office/operations/logistics support
**Skills Required**:
- Basic knowledge of reading, writing, and record maintenance
- Willingness to support in both office and operational work
- Good coordination and teamwork abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel) preferred or willingness to learn
- Responsible, punctual, and organized
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
