Executive Assistant to MD

Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
· Calendar Management
· Document Management (personal & business docs) Fetch docs as required
· Be aware of docs and folders where it's saved.
· Make travel arrangements
· Phone call management
· Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
· Excellent time management skills.
· Email management & Mail Drafting
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
· Handle requests and queries appropriately
· Source office supplies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
