**Role & responsibilities**
- Manage the MDs calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Ensure that meetings are well-organized and materials are prepared in advance.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, transportation (cabs), and visa processing. Handle foreign exchange arrangements for business travel.
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure tasks are completed on time and in alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage personal and business-related expenses, including credit card bills, client invoices, and expense reports. Prepare and submit invoices as required.
- Handle client and employee relations through sending greeting cards, gifts, and invitations to maintain positive professional relationships.
- Act as a liaison between the MD, senior management, employees, clients, and external partners. Ensure clear and timely communication on behalf of the MD.
**Experience**: Minimum 10 years in an executive assistant or similar role, supporting senior management.
**Flexibility**: Must be willing to travel 100% of the time as required.
**Location**: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Mumbai (Nariman Point).
**Professionalism**: Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage high-priority tasks, and act as a trusted representative of the MD.
Preference will be given who one can join within 15 days.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
