Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of enterprise and B2B SaaS projects, including APIs and system integrations.
- Guide customers through onboarding, ensuring a smooth, positive, and value-driven experience.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, product management, and engineering—ensuring clear communication, alignment on requirements, and timely delivery.
- Document business processes, customer workflows, and use cases; translate conceptual requirements into detailed functional requirements for engineering.
- Create process models, diagrams, and specifications that provide direction for implementation.
- Apply technical skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, Python) to configure, troubleshoot, and deliver customer solutions.
- Track, analyze, and report customer requirements to inform product enhancements and roadmap planning.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improving internal processes and contribute ideas to enhance the customer and product experience.
Qualifications & Required Skills
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in B2B SaaS, in customer-facing roles (engagement, implementation, onboarding, or consulting).
- Previous experience with B2B SaaS products, APIs, or system integrations is required.
- Strong technical foundation with working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and Python; eager to deepen technical expertise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently articulate complex ideas and build trusted client relationships.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Zoho Projects) and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in documentation and collaboration tools such as MS Excel, Confluence, or similar.
- Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
