Role Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to manage end-to-end customer onboarding, drive platform adoption, and ensure measurable ROI. You will be a Rocketlane platform expert, working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage customer relationships from sale through successful implementation.
  • Set customers up for immediate success as a Rocketlane domain expert.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to maintain a "customer first" approach.
  • Track platform usage, analyze customer data, and showcase insights to improve the user experience.
  • Prepare videos, emails, and calls to support customers during onboarding and implementation.
  • Understand customer goals and translate them into actionable implementation plans.
  • Work with customer technical teams to integrate Rocketlane into their tech stack.
  • Train customers on platform basics and provide guidance throughout the implementation and go-live process.
  • Track and achieve key implementation milestones, reducing roadblocks proactively.
  • Educate users on best practices to improve product adoption and demonstrate ROI and time-to-value.

Mandatory Criteria:

  • Minimum 2+ years in a
    customer-facing role at a SaaS/Product company
    (not pure service-based).
  • Domain experience preferably in
    implementations, onboarding, or technical consulting
    .
  • Hands-on exposure to
    REST APIs
    .
  • Experience with
    custom integrations between SaaS platforms and third-party tools
    .
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-first mindset and ability to balance user needs with business goals.
