Have to Recruit expert level Resources for IT related Requirement , Fulfill the opening on Given time.

Should have Good Negotiation Skills with Hig h profile resources

Have to do Entry Level to Final level of recruitment Process(Posting Jobs in Recruitment Platforms till schedule them regular based )

Timings:

Full Time : 9hrs(Flexible based on requirement)

9 hrs shift 6 days working in a week 1 day holiday Saturday/Sunday rotational

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and source top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.

  • Job Posting: Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.

  • Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.

  • Offer Management: Extend offers to selected candidates and manage the negotiation process.

  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Communication Till End Process of Support Fixed: Coordinate and Schedule Meetings with Client till they are Satisfied to continue the Support.

  • Other Works Assigned By Lead and Superiors

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
