Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Head of Sales and Business Development. The role includes strategically leading and managing sales and business development initiatives to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client accounts and relationships, leading a sales team, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. Collaborating with various stakeholders to meet business goals will also be a critical aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to achieve targets and build natural client relationships
  • Experience in Account Management with proven ability to nurture client relationships
  • Proficient Team Management abilities to lead, motivate, and guide a sales team effectively
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance
  • Strategic decision-making and planning expertise
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
