Job Title : B head Ladder division
Report to : Managing Director / CEO
Location : North/East and South/West
Job Summary:
We're seeking a B Head to lead our ladder Division in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales and relationship management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the division business strategy & annual business plan.
- Responsible for achieving Sales Target, Profitability & Market share growth.
- Develop and execute PAN India sales network, channel partners, dealers and project customers.
- Drive large project sales – Industrial, OEM, Corporates, Govt Bodies, EPC companies.
- Identify new market opportunities and segments for Ladder business expansion.
- Develop pricing strategies, margin planning and new product launch strategies.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with Production / Supply / Logistics / Accounts.
- Develop key accounts and maintain strong relation with decision makers.
- Manage and motivate the sales team – hiring, training, target setting & performance review.
- Study competitor movement, industry trends and prepare strategic action plans.
- Ensure compliance on documentation / tendering / technical approvals / certifications.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Engineering preferred / MBA will be added advantage.
- Total 8 – 15 years' experience in Industrial Sales & Project Sales.
- Minimum 4 – 5 years' experience in Managing a Division / SBU / Region.
- Experience in Ladder / Safety Access Equipment / Industrial Equipment segment preferred
