Role Description

This full-time, on-site Proposal Manager role is based in Chennai. The Proposal Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating proposal development processes. Key responsibilities include reviewing client requirements, creating technical and commercial proposals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring high-quality submissions. The role also involves conducting risk assessments, streamlining proposal workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Proposal Writing, Technical Documentation, and Bid Management
  • Experience in Engineering Solutions, Modular Skid Systems, and Piping Packages
  • Strong skills in Client Requirement Analysis, Cross-functional Collaboration, and Risk Assessment
  • Knowledge in Process, Oil & Gas, and Marine Industries is preferred
  • Excellent Organizational, Communication, and Time Management skills
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and streamline workflows effectively
  • Proficiency in using project management and proposal software tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
