About Us
Nectorius Foods (the company behind the gourmet sauce brand Chilzo) is a fast-growing manufacturer and exporter of premium sauces. We work with retail chains, QSRs, and export partners, and we're expanding our B2B contract manufacturing portfolio.
We're hiring a Remote Business Development Executive to drive growth through cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach.
Responsibilities
- Make 50–70 cold calls daily to potential QSRs, restaurants, and food brands.
- Generate and qualify leads (procurement heads, chefs, purchase managers).
- Convert cold leads into warm, interested prospects (trial/sample discussions, meeting booked, etc.).
- Maintain lead tracker and report weekly progress.
- Coordinate with management to close deals.
Requirements
- 1–3 years' experience in sales/business development (FMCG / Horeca / food B2B preferred).
- Fluent in Hindi & English; excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently, chasing leads, and handling rejection.
- Strong follow-up discipline.
- Laptop, phone, and reliable internet connection.
Compensation & Perks
- Fixed pay: ₹20,000/month.
- Performance incentive: 2% of first order value per client closed
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
