About Us

Nectorius Foods (the company behind the gourmet sauce brand Chilzo) is a fast-growing manufacturer and exporter of premium sauces. We work with retail chains, QSRs, and export partners, and we're expanding our B2B contract manufacturing portfolio.

We're hiring a Remote Business Development Executive to drive growth through cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Make 50–70 cold calls daily to potential QSRs, restaurants, and food brands.
  • Generate and qualify leads (procurement heads, chefs, purchase managers).
  • Convert cold leads into warm, interested prospects (trial/sample discussions, meeting booked, etc.).
  • Maintain lead tracker and report weekly progress.
  • Coordinate with management to close deals.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years' experience in sales/business development (FMCG / Horeca / food B2B preferred).
  • Fluent in Hindi & English; excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently, chasing leads, and handling rejection.
  • Strong follow-up discipline.
  • Laptop, phone, and reliable internet connection.

Compensation & Perks

  • Fixed pay: ₹20,000/month.
  • Performance incentive: 2% of first order value per client closed
  • Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
