Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Training based in Mumbai. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying training needs, facilitating training sessions, supervising the training team, and evaluating program outcomes. The Manager will also contribute to improving customer service standards through effective training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and guide the training team
  • Proficiency in Communication to convey ideas clearly and interact with various stakeholders
  • Expertise in Training & Development methodologies, including implementation and evaluation
  • Experience in designing and delivering Training programs tailored to organizational needs
  • Customer Service abilities to align training outcomes with enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training effectiveness
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and adopt new learning technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced certifications in training or HR would be advantageous
