About the Role

We're looking for a Business Development Associate to join our Dermat Division in Ahmedabad.

This role is not just about sales numbers, it's about building systems, managing processes, and keeping the business pipeline flowing smoothly.

You'll be the bridge between departments, ensuring our operations, sales, and marketing teams stay connected, informed, and effective. If you're someone who loves structure but thrives on creativity, this role will keep you hooked.

What You'll Do (and Grow Through)

  • Maintain and manage the business pipeline through CRM systems.
  • Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track and analyze performance data using Excel (you should be comfortable with formulas, reports, and pivot tables).
  • Collaborate across departments to support strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, bring fresh ideas, and take ownership of your projects.
  • Help improve systems, processes, and efficiency within the Dermat Division.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
  • Excel skills (you actually enjoy organizing chaos into neat sheets).
  • A curious mind that loves to learn, contribute, and grow.
  • Freshers are welcome Experience of up to 1 year in a similar role or industry is a plus.
