Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand job roles and manpower needs from hiring managers.
• Post job advertisements on various job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a recruitment tracker and provide weekly updates to the management.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates for future needs.

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of recruitment experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS).
• Ability to handle multiple positions and work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in volume hiring or niche hiring (as needed).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
