Role & responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Building:

Develop and execute a global marketing strategy to build and strengthen the company's brand presence in key markets.

Lead initiatives to position us as a market leader through targeted marketing campaigns, brand messaging, and thought leadership.

Oversee the creation and management of a lead generation system to drive consistent, high-quality leads into the sales pipeline.

Market Expansion & Customer Acquisition:

Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate them effectively. o Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts to expand the company's market share.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

  • Sales Strategy Development & Execution:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's vision to achieve 10x growth over five years.

Translate the companys long-term goals into actionable sales plans and ensure successful execution across all levels.


• Team Building & Leadership:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team capable of achieving aggressive targets. o Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high energy within the team. o Implement training and development programs to elevate the skills and performance of both sales and marketing teams.

Goal Achievement: Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales and marketing targets, ensuring the company stays on track to meet its long-term growth objectives. o Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor progress and performance across sales and marketing functions.
• Sense of Urgency & Results Orientation:

Instil a sense of urgency within the sales and marketing organization to capitalize on market opportunities quickly and effectively.

Lead the team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment where speed and execution are key.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product development, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies with overall company objectives. o Provide feedback and insights to other departments to optimize the product offering, customer experience, and brand positioning ..
