Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary
Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
to work closely with the Founder & CEO to define and execute the strategic direction of the company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments and wants to build a scalable impact-driven education product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the
    strategic growth roadmap
    across B2B (schools) and B2C (students) verticals.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage
    strategic partnerships
    , CSR collaborations, and government tie-ups.
  • Work on
    fundraising strategy
    , investor outreach, and grant opportunities.
  • Build scalable models for
    school adoption
    , CSR-backed deployments, and expansion to Tier 2 & 3 regions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor landscape to inform product and business strategy.
  • Collaborate with the product and AI teams to align business strategy with product innovation.
  • Represent EasyEducation at events, investor meetings, and ecosystem forums.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, partnerships, fundraising, or leadership roles (EdTech, Tech, or Impact sectors preferred).
  • Proven track record of scaling strategic initiatives or driving business growth.
  • Strong network with schools, CSR bodies, NGOs, or investors is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and build from zero.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
