Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Manager located in Mangalore, TAS. The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, including supervision of staff, ensuring adherence to quality and service standards, and addressing customer needs. Additional responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, monitoring inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and supporting sales and promotional activities to achieve business goals. The role will also involve providing exceptional customer service while fostering a positive team environment.

  • Organizational skills, ability to manage time efficiently, and handle daily operational tasks effectively

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Prior experience in the food and beverage or QSR industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
